Notting Hill Carnival Bringing a Splash of Colour ~ and Some More Fabulous Hotel Deals

The end of another month looms and without doubt we have enjoyed better - weather wise at least. But grey skies don't tell the whole story, and London has so much happening every month it is all exciting stuff come rain or shine.
